Incorporating a sense of calm, mindfulness, and joy in the therapeutic process and ultimately into your life is something that I strive to do.
The foundation of my therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
